Since getting medically discharged from the United States Navy, I have made it my new mission to try and help others tell their story. Through adventures, laughs, cries and unforgettable moments, I have had the privilege to capture countless memories for others and that honor is something that could never be bought or traded. So whether you have found my page by accident, or you were told to click a link from one of my other pages, I am so glad you are here and I hope you find the chance to stay a while!
My Style
In this day and age photographers come a dime-a-dozen, so what sets me apart from my competitors? Why spend your hard earned cash and choose Brooklyn and Dare Studios?
I take great honor and pride when a client chooses me to capture their memories. Whether it be a full feature documentary, a short 2 minute business film, or an epic photography session, my aim is to not only do the job well, but to remove the stigma of being in front of the camera because, let's face it, there are a lot of people who despise it. I try to change that for those that do, and make it more fun for those who already love it! I have found that the best moments aren't staged. They aren't cookie cutter--because no person is the same, or acts the same. Telling when to pose and how to pose is something a lot of photographers do, and don't get me wrong, I do myself. However, I don't hold you to that position, or to that pose. Rather, I give you a prompt, and let YOU do what feels natural to YOU! I am just the person behind the camera...I want you to show me your story and your beauty--I don't want to change that.
Our Legacy
Another thing that sets me a part from other filmmakers and photographers is that I don't just want to take your photo and your money (If I could, I would do it for free). I want to be your friend. I want to better understand you, and your family because, I believe it will help me perfectly capture your essence and your story. I don't want to create my legacy as a lonely photographer, I want to create OUR legacy, together.
